I'm sitting on the side of Jesse's grandfather's house in Lexington, out by the trash cans because this is the place where I can pick up a wi-fi signal. On the back porch, by the lake, it's rather unreliable. I figure this is good practice for traveling because 1) I'm getting used to smelling things that aren't so great smelling and 2) I've gone hunting for wi-fi. They need to make a small device (they may already) that looks for wi-fi signals so you don't have to lug your computer around open and possibly damage it.
Is it really stealing wi-fi, if someone just leaves their network unprotected? Not really sure, but I will exploit their ignorance to blog and send emails.
